Chips auf dem Keller

Well correct me if I'm wrong, but but refined white bread and potatoes doesn't really sound good for the metabolism or blood sugar levels. Chips are generally not traditional Bierkeller food, I guess, but then some say that no warm food should be served at all at traditional places. A couple of weeks ago, I was astonished to see Schnitzel mit Pommes being served at Roppelt in Stiebarlimbach, and then the Kellermates reminded me that it was the first day of school, so special für die Kinder. Süß!
