Be delighted! But, I'm no expert on the finer points. I just drink something and, if I like it, that's good enough for me. Main thing is to try to find beer without (too much) added CO2, which, of course, U is. Though, I am becoming a bit more tolerant as I learn more about German beer. You haven't said much about your visit to south coast (of England). Appreciate this is a Franken Forum but sure fellow forumers would also be interested in how you went on.
