Lieberth

On a recent Sat, I visited the Lieberth Dorfkeller to find what appeared to be a private party. Original one of the ladies indicated no open seats then another lady that spoke some English had a good heart and placed me at the end of a table sort of out of the way. I did enjoy some good food and a delightful beer. I enjoyed watching the people. I was treated very well. Later in the day, I visited the Kreuzberg Keller. Sorry but I find it too Americanized-especially after visiting the Friedel tap room. A kindly elderly gentleman saw me looking at the entrance and took me in an drew me an excellent beer and left me alone to savor it. I found the Ritmayer brewery closed apparently in favor of the Kreuzberg.
