Sorry, you're absolutely correct, we would have happily stayed for several more seidlas. But the protest was only mild because there were several other places on the itinerary! Yes, Mainlist was visited, plus that place in Bischberg that sells Mahrs and wasn't that the day we visited Goldene Lowen (by the way, for any interested buyers, it also has a disused brewery attached)? Re Vollbier: harking back to the kellerbier discussion, it seems to me that Vollbier is another beer type that is difficult to pin down, being pretty varied in taste and not being so different from kellerbier.
