American visitors of the Weyermann factory have said, the building looks like the chocolate factory. 9% alc., mahagoni color, aromas like peche, melone, apple, orange, ananas, banana, toffee Hopes: Aurora, Hersbrucker, Saphire - Weyermann Triple 8,5% alc., unfiltered, aromas like pineapple, melon, honey. 3 kg belgian candy sugar per hl. 30 bitter units. 3 months storaged in a old sherry cask of oak. - Schlenkerla Eiche (again) - Bockbieranstich 19th march: Huppendorfer Josefi-Bock - Bockbieranstich 1th may: Mönchsambacher Maibock I have stashed some bottles of the Schlenkerla Urbock for friends (no longer in our beer menu; please ask me personally).
