Anything near Munich?

Thanks, Don. Who knows, maybe Munich won't be an uninteresting big city. I had been told that the best place to drink was the Augustiner place you mentioned, so that sounds promising. I think somebody else mentioned the Weiss place too, though I'm not normally of fan of the style/yeast. Andechs is also worked in, as we have to go out to the Ludwig castle, so we are hitting Andechs on our way back. If I had my way, I'd just sit at Bayer or Zehender or Spezial the whole week though...especially as this isn't the time of year to enjoy the outdoor beer gardens in Munich... Cheers matt
