Further though, I suppose if a brewer brews a Pils and handles it like a Kellerbier brewer handles a Kellerbier, then why not call it a "Kellerpils"? How this would be different from another Pils is not clear to me. I suppose the only difference from a KellerBIER would be the malt bill, hops, water treatment and whatever goes into formulating a Pils.
