Yes! Our friends in Leipheim told us that this is not an uncommon experience on this line, though I guess it's a worldwide phenomenon as I had the same experience while travelling from Stockholm to Harnosand. The train pulled into Arlanda and, after waiting for about 10 minutes, the announcer told us that someone had jumped in front of the train before us. Only, difference was that the Swedes sorted out the problem, kept us informed of the situation in many languages and got us to our destination with relatively little delay. Well, the situations may have been different, as a lot of the Ulm - Donauwurth line is single track, which makes things tricky but the key point is the difference in communication.
