Vegetarian and Vegan DINING options in Bamberg **AND** surrounding??

Thanks for the answers...most of them expected. I've traveled in the area now for about two weeks a year for the last 6 years. For me I love the food...the wonderful meats. Fruhstuk is my downfall. When I first stayed at Drei Kronen in Memmelsdorf I loved the breakfast buffet. The smokey ham, a hard boiled egg, crusty roll, cheese and butter. Get it all laid out on the roll and a little pepper...provides the perfect layer in the stomach to prime oneself for a day of kellerbier. For my friend...well we've given her the 'you know what you're getting into speech'. We'll just have to get the Rewe or the Edeka and get her as set up as we can. Of course when you get the SchweineHaxen, or the Hausmaker Slaguhten Platter wait for her to passout... No...it will be fine. Thanks for the input. Cheers! Todd
