Bamberg, 01-04 May, and Windischeschenbach?

Hi all, I will be in Bamberg for a few days early next month and I might go to Windischeschenbach from Bamberg on Monday. The train connection seems to be acceptable. Please let me know if there is anything particularly interesting going on 'roud then, and tips on getting to/from Windischeschenbach would also be helpful. My read of the zoigl site indicates Beim Gloser is open and also Schoilmichl in Neuhaus. I did not see opening days or times for Schoilmichl but it appears to me that Beim Gloser is open Friday - Monday. vis: www.beimgloser.de/termine.html Tips and suggestions welcome.
