Barth-Senger ,Schesslitz

when i first started to visit bamberg and it surroundings in the early nineties the knocking on the table to say hello and goodbye were common but barth senger seems the only place that still practices this lovely tradition as for not falling for the landlady if she serves me quickly and with a smile my heart will belong to her :)
