Kellers open in Sept?

Many kellers advertise as being open May-Sept, weather permitting. What's the likelihood of these kellers being open in mid-September? * Kreuzberg * Forchheim kellerwald * Buttenheim * Geisfeld/Rossdorf am Forst * Bamberg, up the hill I reckon if the weather is OK, they will all be open for business (Ruhetag permitting). It's just that I have turned up to kellers in previous years, in mild October weather, only to find them closed shut. Mike
