My Trip

I have not been on the internet since I left for Germany about 15 days ago until today. Been having too much fun to bother. Trip to Bamberg was fantastic. Some of the highlights were. 1. Touring with Juergen. Breweries South of Forcheim on Tuesday night and Western Franconia on Wednesday. Just a great time! Beautiful scenery, great beer and food, and great company. Thanks again Juergen! 2. Finally made it to Cafe Abseits and met Gerhard. Thanks for the great hospitality! 3. Trip to Kreuzberg Kellers and Roppel's Keller. I'm glad that we refused to let the rain stop us from making this excursion. 4. Geisfeld and Rossdorf Am Forst and Schesslitz - The Braunbier at Sauer was delicous and my favorite of the whole trip. Visit to Barth Senger with 6 of us marching into the place and boldly knocking on each table and the reaction of the locals was something I'll never forget. What a night we had there! The Barth Senger Vollbier is one of my all time favorites. Much more. I'll post pictures when I get home. Now off to Dusseldorf.
