Ebermannstadt recommendations

When I visited Ebermannstadt (day trip by train), I tried beers at both Schwanenbräu and Sonnenbräu across the street. Beautiful town! I checked my notes and found the beers at both breweris equally good. I liked the atmosphere at Sonnenbräu because it was run by a lovely old couple, who were thrilled when I gave them a souvenir postcard from America. I had a brotzeit plate at Sonnenbräu with home-made Pressack, which was quite delicious, according to my notes.
