Ban on Smoking in Bavaria

Bavarian government today decided easing of ban on smoking as expected: http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5hkA7ho0lN9x-xpA4wLeSD0ZOiJkA If the Bavarian parliament acclaims, the new rule will apply from this August 1st. Possibly the new law will soon be obsolete since a European regularization is expected.
