Klosterbräu Garden / Rauchbiere |

| Klosterbräu has opened a new "garden" next to the brewery with a nice view of the river. I say "garden" because it is more of a patio, but it still was a pleasant place to have dinner. The Braunbier, while gone downhill, is still very drinkable. The Schwärzla has been inconsistant over the past 10 days, terrible, then nice, then barely OK. Also, I think both Schlenkerla and Spezial have toned downed the smoke a bit. Or maybe the smoke receptors in my mouth have just burned out over the years :) |
