German smoke ban to be partially overturned

I'm pretty sure the Bavarian law didn't make any distinctions between single and multi-room pubs. Fässla, Spezial, Mahrs, Schlenkerla, Klosterbräu all have multiple rooms and none had any smoking the times I've been there this year.
