Cask Conditioning

I was under the impression that most so-called "cask-conditioned" beer in the US is indeed simply kegged beer run through a beer engine, with the exception of the odd firkin keg. (Or?) I like your concept; I can't think off hand of anything I'd suggest to improve it. It obviously also doesn't apply for brewpubs.
