Vollbier?

So I just want to make sure I understand your answer. It's not, as my earlier post suggested, a one or the other situation. Both the scenarios my earlier post described are true right? A brewery identified as offering Vollbier may only offer one beer they call Vollbier or they may offer a variety of biers that meet the official Vollbier tax category definition. Just trying to clarify and thank you very much for your help. Eric
