| I think I'll check the correct spelling next time when I'm in Bamberg. There is no such thing as a standard spelling for Franconian, I think. Although on http://www.br-online.de/land-und-leute/thema/bayerisches-wort/worte.xml I only find "Schäuferla" as entry - so for now I'll go for that. Jos |
