Beer Trip

It varies each time. 5 or 6 years ago it was well over 7% but it hasn't been that strong since. I got to see the new fermenting rooms and keg cleaning/filling keller -- but was told no pictures! They are literally the nicest looking fermenters I have ever seen. Better than a lot of sculpture :)
