Tight sparklers |

| At the most recent edition of the Bierpassie weekend in Antwerp I had the pleasure to annoy the staff at the Palm stand by requesting the Rodenbach Foederbier, the unfiltered Palm and the Boon Lambiek served without the tight sparkler. It was quite an improvement. And yes - many years ago at a visit to Hydes' brewery, I experienced also the difference with/without sparkler. Hydes is definitely better with the sparkler (IMHO). Jos |
