Mark,i.m.h.o.when you get to bamberg and its environs,and taste the beer for the first time,you will understand why so many of us rave about it!(That brings a thought to mind,which franconian beer would one reccomend to a first timer?)one last point,as a proffesional brewer,every time i retaste these beers i am struck by thier superb quality,which comes from many scores of decades of brewing a tried and tested recipe.whith great attention to detail,gw i shall be back in bamberg next week and i am already salivating!!
