I agree, CAMRA festivals are usually mostly gravity fed. What's this CO2 thing all about anyway. In my experience CAMRA are concerned with maintaining the tradition of certain styles of beer (real ale in CAMRA's case) served traditionally and with the quality of the product and the surroundings in which it is served. Ring and bells with readers of this site. Where would Franconia be without tradition & history?
