| St Georgen Brau in Buttenheim is outstanding. I took 12 there last November and by common consent it was the best beer we had on our beer tour of Bamberg an its environs. The Keller Bier is the obe to go for. The Lownbrau next door is also great. For beer gardens the Griefenklau in Bamberg is excellent with a stunning setting. Also there's a nice local beer garden in Memmelsdorf just outside Bamberg where they serve the excellent Hummelbier fromm the wood. Enjoy! |
