Bayreuth or Hof vs Amberg or Passau

Hey Chris! Have been to Passau. Lovely town and situation with an old Burg/Festung/? up on a hill overlooking the town and the confluence of the three rivers. Beer? Eh. Have not yet been to any of the other locations. Bayreuth is much higher on my list than the other three. There's also the brewing museum there.
