Now you're talkin'. You'll probably be speeding down the A3/E45 (assuming no traffic jams) east. Possible exits include Rüdenhausen, for Brauerei Wolf, just a few minutes south of the A3; Schlüsselfeld, for Adler and Stern; and Adelsdorf-Neuhaus, for its Löwenbräu. If you stop in at the last place, you'll be well-positioned for going east on the B470, your route to Oberailsfeld. Mahr's beers can sometimes be found in bottle shops outside of Bamberg, depending on distribution. If you wind up stopping at Adelsdorf-Neuhaus and then continue along the B470, you'll pass through Forchheim, and that means you'll go right by the Comet supermarket there. Pull of the highway, park the car, and check out the bottle shop at the Comet. The selection at the bottle shop was pretty good IIRC. |
