Hey, that's great! Thank you very much Nick. I feel like I understand perfectly now. I'm heading to Germany in September (see my post in the archive April 7 2006 "Tripping to Germany"). It will be, I think, my fourth time there. I can't believe I've been tipping like an idiot for years. You know, I only learned just last year that you're supposed to "skin" a Weiswurst before eating it. Stuff like that and the tipping thing; it makes me wonder what else I'm still doing wrong. Anyone have have anything they'd like to contribute re: his vein of thought?
