This is interesting. I'll have to defer to Jos on this as he has better contact with Robert. Robert Pawelczak's brewery is in the basement of the Wilde Rose Keller where the old brewery was. It is a small system, maybe 2 or three HL per brew. And any bottles would have to be hand filled and labeled. I have been meaning to get some pictures on the site, but Frank Wetzel has some on his at http://http://bierregion-franken.info/Robesbierre When I talked to Robert in March he said that he had a brewers license from the Tax authorities but he did not have the required permits from the Health authorities to sell beer to the public -- and he doubted he would get them if they saw his brewery :) Maybe he as licensed the name and/or is having somebody brew the beer under contract. Ron, where exactly did you buy the beer? Does the label give any information?
