Hi John, Instead of going to Schesslitz I would suggest to go to Köttensdorf (Koettensdorf) which is very close to Schesslitz. Go to Brewery Hoh (can't miss it, it's only a small franconia village with one brewery in the middle). You should order a beer and a 'Pfefferhänla' (spicy chicken with black pepper, absolutely great!!). It's the speciality in that brewery. Have fun, Marcus
