According to a message in german press, Sailerbrau has been taken over by Allgauer Brauhaus. Sailer is amongst others owner of the brands Altenmunster, Rauchenfels, Franz-Joseph Jubelbier, Oberdorfer Weissbier. A couple of Franconian breweries are/were owned, but have been closed: Rauchenfels (previously Werner) in Neustadt b. Coburg, Schweizerhofbrau in Kulmbach, Brauhaus Weissenbrunn, afaik also closed.
