 09.09.08: The first beer of the evening for Charly and me was the Pils, brewed in an elegant hoppy style and typical for the area. Then we went on to the cozy brewery pub called "Wilder Mann" (wild man), where we met an incredible cute waitress called Susi. Susi served us the dark beer first, which was very very malty and very much bavarian style. Not bad, just not area style. Lucky enough, Susi then brought us the Hauf Festbier, which was on tap. Very drinkable! Vanilla like aromata and slightly malty, not too much hop aroma. That was the best one. We didn't try the wheat beers. Just one negative point: The whole pub was decorated in bavarian blue and white - in the south west of franconia! A shame... PS: SUSI! Please contact me!
