| All good. "Tart" always implies a slight acidity, like unripe fruit, but not acidic enough to be "sour". I am just a bit sensitive to the use of these words around Grodziskie, as there has been some misinformation on the web in recent years, suggesting that it was a sour beer akin to Gose or Lichtenhainer, although there is no historical evidence for that. |
