Düsseldorf and NRW Smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden in pubs since May 2013 here in NRW; the situation in pubs, restaurants and bars is quite similar to the situation in good old Bavaria. Before 2013 smoking in pubs was also officially forbidden, but the last NRW government allowed so many exceptions, that smoking was possible almost everywhere.
