Würzburg, Rothenburg, Dinkelsbühl

hi DonS, for Dinkelsbühl so far i have Weib`s Brauhaus, Brauerei Stefansbräu, Brauerei Hauf. do you have more recs/tips? perhaps in a nearby village? as beer places are not plentiful in Rothenburg i also plan to visit Landwehr-Bräu Brauerei (train to Steinach, then another 4km by taxi). there is a big chance some places on my list will be closed for the holidays. luckily i also love wine so there's always that to fall back on :D
