| Gerhard, shame i missed you as i visited your cafe, last thursday, & i was told you had gone to bed, i must congratulate you on your beers especially the Hölzlein (Lohndorf) Vollbier ,& the Weizenbock from monchsambacher, however the two young girls that served me brought the wrong beers twice, i don't know if the menu was an old one & you were out of stock, but i received first the normal Weizen instead of the bock & then the Fischer Rauch instead of the Bock, i had to point this out twice after tasting the beers as no bottles were issued, & one of the girls said " we don't have the Fischer Bock so i gave you the other one, when i pointed out that was not really acceptable she said " you got the weizen for nothing didn't you" please can i suggest giving out the bottles with the beer & ideally letting the customer pour them themselves, this will stem this error as the customer will see what they are drinking, sorry for posting on here but i don't have your email & i had problems accessing the correspondance section on your website |
