In search of a flowery pils

My mistake. Brauerei Norbert Fischer in Greuth. Interesting, because I only recall one issue involving infection with them, which was with their initial batch of the 750mL V-10 "V" series. Aside from that, Victory seems to know what they are doing in terms of avoiding infections. But that is just in my experience, which goes back to 2000. As said my primary quibble is their products REEKING of bread dough and vitamin B (Deschutes and Sierra Nevada are the other two breweries that immediately come to mind with across-the-board yeasty dirtiness, especially Deschutes with borderline terrifying notes of concrete, mold, dirty dish rag, etc. I have only come across one other person who detects the vitamin B, though, and I just happen to be particularly sensitive.
