Lagering for Annafest |

| One can study the effect of difference in lagering times on Annafestbier by trying the Eichhorn beer at the big Eichhorn Keller and then the blessedly small, rustic Blümlein Keller. The latter traditionally lagers the beer in the Keller for xxx weeks longer than at the former. This begs the question though, are both Kellers' beers from the same batch? Roppelt also "adjusts" lagering time to fit demand. Sadly. The price of success. |
