| I was intrigued by your question of whether he gets a "hard enough, rolling boil going", seemingly implying that less than a hard boil would result in a "homebrew twang". Is this true? I have only been brewing a relatively short time, but I was under the impression that you do not want to "hard boil" the wort, except for the first minute or so. Am I wrong? |
