Can't say I've noticed any difference between Martin Popp's 'bio' zoigl in Gloser and the rest of the zoigl in Eschawo that might be ascribed to its 'organic' qualities. A recent report suggested that there was no qualitative difference between organic and non-organic crops - it's really a question of where you stand in environmental matters.
