That's generally been my experience, except for one time when we got shuffled into the large, characterless backroom and served with bottles of 'U' - mind you, only one bottle before we quit in disgust. I understand that the fass is broached at 4 pm, so we make sure we arrive always after that time, don't know what happens before.
