Spezial Keller serves it both ways -- if your beer comes from the inside (year round) room it regular draft. When enough of the outside is open, they'll use a barrel for that. In a partial defense of the "fake barrels" at Spezial and Fässla -- they do dispense from a serving tank in the basement, not from individual kegs.
