Franken holiday locations

I've spent several nights in Ebermannstadt since it is located close to Little Switzerland and lots of breweries. I had a car to get around with. Town seemed very quiet at night. It also was cold weather each time I was there. The town may have a web site. A car would open up lots of good times.
