Nick, that half IPA sounds quite interesting! And like you said earlier Erlangen is crazy expensive. Have a few friends who live there and I don't know how they do it. I think your idea about seeing if a local brewery has some extra brew space is right on. Of course this is all wishful thinking. Still interesting.
