There are a fair amount of aluminum tanks still around. The bulk of Schlenkerla's are Al as is all of Griess (sorry Nick). At the smaller breweries, unless they've upgraded recently, you're fairly likely to have beer aged in Al. If you are going to lager your beer for 6-8 weeks you need a lot of tankage!
