Ryanair to Nuremberg

It is too bad though that there is nothing like this from Shannon. I would most likely make that my route to Germany if there were. I've found travelling to/from Shannon to be very convenient especially for an American where you don't even have to go through immigration once you land in Boston from Shannon anymore. It's all done before you board the plane. I noticed there are direct Aer Lingus flights from Cork to Munich. Have you gone this route before Barry or is driving to Cork from Clare too much of a hassle? It's something I'm not ruling out for future trips considering how expensive the Lufthansa flights are. From what I've found so far I would save around $400 on flights going this route instead of Lufthansa from Boston direct to Munich. Of course I'd spend that 400 on extending the vacation by having a good time in Ireland for a couple of days on the way to Cork. Other Aer Lingus flight I've used in the past was Dublin to Dusseldorf. I found this very convenient for getting in a night or two of Altbier before going home. Again I realize this does you little good but coming from Northeast USA it can save money and be a good time along the way.
