New CityJet NUE - LCY Connexions

I'm very sure that there is still some sort of 'open' smoking zone at NUE - possible exemption from the general ban until a proper isolation facility is fitted? Anyway, we experienced it just last October, when our noses wrinkled at that familiar irritating tobacco-smoke stench. Kinda dumb. I remember when that was the norm in public places like German airports, smoking zone right next to non-smoking, effectively turning everything into a big smoking zone. NUE isn't the only place where buses are used with the jets; we put up with this at ZRH and even FRA, arriving on a Condor 767. With FRA, I think the issue there is simply too many arriving /departing flights and not enough gates, as our departure, also on a Condor 767, was boarded with a jetway.
