| I've stayed in Freising when I have a late/early flight from Munich. A nice little town. There are a few decent pubs and the Weihenstephan brewery up on the hill. Places like Regensberg, Amberg and Passau are easy train connections from Freising. For Nuremberg and Bamberg it may be quicker to go back into Munich Hbf. |
