| I booked another Freising hotel for September and they used my fax and sent it back with word Bestatigung and an initial. I'd send it through again and ask for a Bestatigung. This is just an opinion but I think they like to use a fax more than email. Send it when it is mid-afternoon in Germany. Even though I offered. I have had only 1 hotel ask for a credit card number. Some have even said don't send a credit card number. Frank One thing I left out of the translation page. We have 4 persons in our group. Wir haben 4 Personen. Wir brauchen 2 DZ. It gives them a better idea of what you need. Make the letter short. |
