Kosterbrauerei Kreuzberg

Can anyone tell me if Kreuzberg is an "authentic" monastic brewery? By that I mean is there any ordained religious person involved in any aspect of the brweing process or is it one of those places that was at one time a monastic brewery but no longer is. Also, I'm planning on going well out of my way to get to Kreuzberg. Can anyone tell me, in their opinion, is it worth the trip? Can anyone tell me a little about the place itself, i.e., how does it look, modern, traditional, medieval, etc? What styles of beer are available (no, there doesn't need to be a wheat beer)? Are the beers any good? Which ones? What type of food and how good is it? Thank you for your help, Eric
